This isnโ€™t about doing more.
This is about setting yourself up for a good day.

The busier you are, the more important your mornings become (if you spend most of day tending to other peopleโ€™s needs, youโ€™ll be too exhausted/busy to focus on yourself.

HERE ARE THE STEPS:

1โ€“ Make a list of things you WANT to do

2โ€“ Label your list: Personal, Health/wellness, and Purpose/Passion

3โ€“ Mark everything else as โ€œotherโ€ (ignore โ€œotherโ€ category)

4โ€“ You're left with a personal to-do listโ€”the foundation of your morning routine.

Spend the first half-hour of your day focused on your needs.
