Visual mapping will help you GSD!

GET STUFF/💩 DONE—TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR LIFE.

Like a mindmap, this visual mapping can help you tackle your to-do list!

Here’s how it works:

𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟𝗦:
1) Put your goal in a header box
2) List all the actions needed to reach your goal
👉 Pro tip: include all possible actions. You may not do them today, but you can circle back later.
3) Under each action, detail steps needed
4)Circle the easiest actions to complete
👉 Pro tip: you can also focus on what you’re most interested in doing or motivated to act on.
5)Once you’ve completed the easier task, start focusing on the rest

𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗢-𝗗𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦:
1) Place “to-do list” or the date in a header box
2) List all of the things on your list as action items
3) Under each action, detail steps needed
4) Focus on the easiest wins first
5) Next, work on what you NEED to do

If you’re ready to get 💩 done, join my Action & Accountability group. It’s an affordable, low-key way to tackle your to-list and reach your aspirations/goals. Join us HERE.

P.S. the group is more than ticking off a list, it’s about learning, behavior modification, and finding yourself beyond motherhood.
